KitAid return to FC United for collection at Bamber Bridge game

KitAid are to hold a kit collection event ahead of FC United's home league fixture against Bamber Bridge at Broadhurst Park on Saturday 13th April 2024.

The charity collects in pre-owned football kit and then re-distributes it to under-privileged children and young adults in many of the world's poorest countries.

KitAid, which was established in 1998, are looking for football shirts, shorts, socks, boots and team kits, which can then be handed in at the collection point outside main reception on the boardwalk.

Last year, they collected their millionth item, and the current total, to date, now exceeds an incredible 1,038,000.

Please bring any unwanted sports kit (shirts, shorts and boots) along to the match where the charity will be collecting on the day.
